Derek Loda
Principal
Derek has been an active real estate investor since 2015, with experience in acquiring and renovating properties to improve the quality of living for residents, while forcing appreciation and maximizing returns. Working in the golf industry for six years at some of the nation’s most highly regarded golf clubs and courses, he experienced management of teams in excess of 50 employees to complete successful operations for some of golf's most prestigious events. He decided to focus solely on real estate in 2017, joining a community of active investors making a positive impact nationwide for residents, investors, and their communities alike.
Josh Jensema
Principal
Josh's background in real estate began in 2017 working in the commercial construction industry. Per the advice of a mentor Josh took a full-time step into real estate and began selling and investing in properties in 2019. Since then, Josh has established himself in the residential and commercial markets earning awards in 2020, 2021, and 2022 respectively. Josh brings experience in acquisitions, closing over $30MM in real estate and has spent time working with and directly in property management, understanding the ins and outs of effectively operating and re-positioning properties.

Gino Barbaro
Gino Barbaro is a multifamily investor, operator, and mentor who has created a vertically integrated real estate company that controls over $225,000,000 in assets under management. He has co-founded the Jake & Gino community to teach others their three-step framework: Buy Right, Finance Right, and Manage Right®, and how to become multifamily entrepreneurs. He has grown his real estate portfolio to over 1,600 multifamily units.
He is the best-selling author of two books, Wheelbarrow Profits and Family, Food and the Friars, and graduated from IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) where he earned his designation as a Certified Professional Coach. He currently resides in St. Augustine, Florida with his wife Julia and their six children.

Jake Stenziano is a multifamily investor, operator, and mentor who has created a vertically integrated real estate company that controls over $225,000,000 in assets under management. Bill Ham
Bill Ham is the Chief Operating Officer and the driving force behind Broadwell Property Group. He has upwards of 20 years of experience in Real Estate with a proven track record of identifying, acquiring, operating, and divesting large footprint Multifamily Housing. He has created a portfolio of over 1,100 units while growing Phoenix Management to a team of 15 staff members.
He has taught real estate for the past 6 years and has dozens of highly successful students. Bill uses his extensive real estate experience to teach his students the “real” side of real estate. Bill can be seen and heard on countless podcasts and webinars as well as standing on stage giving presentations at trade shows and other forums both online and off.
